REFUND POLICY

By purchasing from this website you agree to this policy.

 

1. Physical Products (Fashion)

 

Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

• Item must be unused

• Item must be unworn

• Item must be undamaged

• Item must be in original condition

• Item must not show signs of use

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

2. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

 

• Item is defective

• Wrong item was delivered

• Production error occurred

 

We recommend using tracked shipping.

 

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

3. Print-On-Demand Products

 

Because many products are produced individually through print-on-demand production partners, returns are limited.

 

Returns are only accepted if:

 

• Product arrives damaged

• Product has manufacturing defects

• Wrong product delivered

• Print quality failure

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn products

• Damaged by customer

• Digital products

• Event tickets

5. Digital Music Products

 

All digital music sales are final.

 

No refunds are provided after:

 

• Download begins

• Streaming access is granted

• File delivery occurs

 

By purchasing digital content you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once delivery begins according to EU digital goods regulations.

 

6. Event Tickets

 

Event tickets are non refundable except if:

 

• Event is cancelled

 

Tickets remain valid if:

 

• Event is postponed

• Lineup changes

• Venue changes within reasonable distance

 

We are not responsible for:

 

• Travel costs

• Hotel costs

• Third party expenses

 

7. Refund Processing

 

If a refund is approved:

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Processing time:

 

5–10 business days

 

Depending on payment provider processing times.

 

8. Exchanges

 

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to limited production quantities.

 

If needed, customers may:

9. Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged:
